Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to operate an image forming equipment even though a fixed time does not elapse in the case where a person, who uses the equipment provided with a human body detecting sensor, is in front of the equipment. SOLUTION: When a signal detected by a human body detecting sensor 513 showing that a state is changed from a state where a person does not exist in front of the equipment to a state where the person exists is outputted, only an operating part controller 500 is restored from a saving energy mode to a normal mode, and when the state where the person exists in front of the equipment is continued for a fixed time, an engine controller 510 is controlled to be restored to the normal mode.
