STRIKE FOR LOCK OF SLIDING DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and assembling processes by pivotally supporting one end of a linking member to a strike frame, providing an adjusting member oppositely to other end of the linking member, providing a sloped surface respectively to one end of the linking member and the adjusting member, urging the linking member with a spring, and fixing the gap between the adjusting member and the strike frame with a set screw. SOLUTION: A set screw 92 is screwed to a tapped hole provided in a coupling portion 32 of an adjusting member 3 and is fixed to a mud guard 13 as a part of a strike frame 1. For adjusting the linking member 2 to a right position, a set screw 92 is loosened and moved downward together with the adjusting member 3. As a result of the movement of the adjusting member 3, a contact position between a sloped surface 34 of an adjusting member 3 and a sloped surface 24 of the linking member 2 is changed, the linking member 2 pushed to the bottom surface of the mud guard 13 against an urging force of a spring 4 is oscillated clockwise by the urging force of the spring 4, and the linking portion 23 is further projected out.
