SOLUTION: A cover plate 20 for the passing port 17 of the side section of a vehicle above a roof support member can be moved from the covering position to the erected opening position when a roof 2 stored in roof case 4 is rocked outward. The cover plate 20 is interlocked with a carriage-like guide device, and it is lowered and extended below the passing port 17 of the side section at the erect opening position.
