Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet reduced in a dimensional change or the coefficient of thermal expansion in a Z-axis direction without lowering electrical characteristics and punching processability and low in cost. SOLUTION: A surface layer is composed of a prepreg obtained by impregnating a paper base material with an epoxy resin and an intermediate layer is composed of a glass nonwoven fabric prepreg impregnated with a thermosetting resin containing 50-250wt.% of an inorg. filler. A laminated sheet is obtained by laminating and molding those prepregs and primary impregnation treatment is pref. applied to the base material of the surface layer by a thermosetting resin.
