Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the abnormal heating of a connecting part by providing a compressing sleeve between an existing line and branching k-clamps, compressing the existing line with the compressing sleeve and removing the corroded and oxidized films of the inner- and outer-layer strands of the existing line. SOLUTION: A compressing sleeve 20 is provided between an existing line A and a branching clamp 10. The compressing sleeve 20 has a branching-clamp attaching part 23 at the intermediate part in the longitudinal direction and has compressing parts 24 at both ends. The cross section of a compressing part before the compression has the elliptical shape. When the compressing part 24 having the elliptical shape is compressed to the cross section of the hexagonal shape, the inner- and outer-layer strands of the existing line A are crushed. Therefore, the corroded and oxidized films on the surfaces of the inner- and outer-layer stands can be removed. Thus, the current from the inner- layer strand can be made to flow into the branched clamp 10. Therefore, the abnormal heating of the connecting port can be prevented.
