Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily tilt a display screen to an upper side and a lower side and to easily turn it to a front side as well by freely turnably supporting the upper edge part of a main body part to one end part of a hinge member and a video display part to the other end part and freely swingably supporting the video display part on the back surface side of the main body part. SOLUTION: The main body part 3 provided with an image pickup lens is connected to one end part of the hinge member 30 which is a support constitution member 6 and the video display part 5 is connected to the other end part freely turnably by a supporting pin 31, a spindle 32, a pair of supporting pieces 33A and 33B and a supporting member 34, etc. Then, a first hinge part 30A freely turnably supports the video display part 5 and the second hinge part 30B is freely swingably supported to the upper edge part on the back surface side of the main body part 3. Thus, the screen of the video display part 5 is tilted to the upper side and the lower side to the main body part and the screen is easily turned to the front side of the main body part.
