SOLUTION: A counter 30 generates all the possible combinations or addresses (i, j) in order to occupy an area occupied by a picture 20 partially or entirely stored within halftone memory. A picture 10 is stored by means of a scale and localization probably different from those necessary as the picture 20 in a grid 4. Therefore, a counter (i) and a counter (j) from the counter 30 need scaling and rotary conversion at a unit 35. The input of the unit 35 is the values of the counters (i) and (j) and the output of it is an address specifying an pixel 11 within the picture 10 with a pixel value 12 being the eight bit value of normally 0 to 255. |
