Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control processes independently of the constitution of an inspection system or production machining system. SOLUTION: This method generates an object as information generating by putting together processing contents showing an operation procedure to be followed next among a series of operation procedures, object information showing the discrimination number and processing specifications of a processed object, processing information showing a processing result, and process information showing the contents of the series of operation procedures. The object is sent to plural modules which follow specific operation procedures and a module having a function executing the operation procedure indicated with the processing contents writes the processing result to the processing information after executing the operation procedure shown by the process information for the object to be processed shown by the object information. After the processing contents are updated into an operation procedure to be executed next, the object is sent to the modules to control the inspection system or production and machining system.
