Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of an external force on transmission characteristics as much as possible even if the external force is applied to the branch part during operation or conveyance and prevent water from easily entering a projection case even if the protection case cracks. SOLUTION: Respective optical fibers 9 are exposed by peeling the sheath 3 off the optical fiber ribbon cord 2 which has the optical fibers 9 arrayed in parallel and coated with UV setting type resin as the sheath 3. The part from the sheath-3 stripping end of the optical fiber ribbon cord 2 at the branch part of the optical fiber ribbon cord 2 where the respective optical fibers 9 are coated with reinforcing tubes 25 and branched to a optical fiber single-core reinforcing cord 4 to the coating start end of a vinyl sheath 5 of the reinforcing tube 25 of plural optical fibers 9 is molded with setting resin and this molding part 14 is put in the protection case 6 filled with hydrophobic jelly 15. |
