Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent suction of dust or the like, and reduce the number of replacement of filters. SOLUTION: The outer circumferential part at the lower surface of a suction head 1 is cut out so as to be formed into a non-sucking surface 2 where the difference in level is formed in a space interspaced from the lower surface of an inner side portions. The lower surface of the inner side portion other than one non-sucking surface 2 is made to be a suction surface 3. A suction port 4 is recessed so as to be formed at the center position of the suction surface 3. A suction hole 5 extended upward is formed at the center part of the suction port 4. The suction hole 5 is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the suction head 1. Air injection holes 6 are formed in the non-sucking surface 2. Each air injection hole 6 is connected with a main injection hole 7 after it has been extended upward. The main injection hole 7 is connected to the upper surface of the head 1. The suction head 1 is connected to a holder. The suction hole 5 is connected to a pipeline which is extended from the holder so as to be connected with a vacuum pump. The main injection hole 7 is connected to a pipeline which is extended from the holder so as to be connected to a blower. |
