Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the feed accuracy of a belt-like material, and to reduce an equipment installation area. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a feed rate measuring equipment 16 measuring the feed rate of a belt-like material after it is formed by forming rollers 12. And also, the device is equipped with a control circuit to which the measured signal of this feed rate measuring equipment 16 is inputted. The revolutions of the forming rollers 12 are controlled by this control circuit so that the actual feed rate of the belt-like material and a set value set previously coincide each other. In this way, by measuring the actual feed rate of the belt- like material, and by controlling by feeding back the revolutions of the forming rollers 12, feed accuracy by the forming rollers 12 can be particularly improved. Also, it is not necessary to install another feeding device as before. Moreover, it is not necessary to form the loop of the belt-like material, and effects that the whole length of a working line can be shortened and an equipment installation area can be reduced, are attained.
