Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cake from remaining in a mud supply port part when the cake is stripped off by forming a slanting part of one or two surfaces in the raw liquid mud supply port of each filter plate. SOLUTION: The shape of a mud supply port 5 part is improved so that a cake part in a filter chamber 4 to be dropped and discharged when cake is stripped off and a cake part in the mud supply port 5 are dropped and discharged integrally without being separated. Practically, a specified weakest cross-sectional part 15 is formed in a cake cross section by constituting the mud supply port 5 from a slanting surface part. For example, when the port 5 is formed in the shape of one slanting surface, one weakest cross-sectional part 15 is formed in the mud supply part. When cake is stripped off, cake in a filter chamber 4 and cake in the port 5 are integrated and dropped and discharged integrally by being separated at the weakest cross-sectional part 15, and no residual part is generated in the port 5. In a filter press, a residual deposit in the port 5 of the filter plate 2 which causes troubles of operation can be removed by a usual frame opening action. |
