Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the power factor of an input power supply in a load control circuits used in various kinds of electric equipment. SOLUTION: A phase control means 7, which is provided at the front stage of the input side in an auxiliary rectifier circuit 52 wherein power is supplied through a transformer 51 provided in parallel with a main-circuit rectifier circuit 2, starts current conduction with the phase current delayed from the charging phase current for main-circuit smoothing capacitor 3. The power supply voltage thereafter is rectified with the auxiliary rectifier circuit 52 and smoothed in an auxiliary smoothing capacitor 53. Thus, the input current for the auxiliary power supply is delayed from the input-current phase of the main-circuit power supply. The waveform of the input power supply for the entire synthesized load apparatus is improved, and the power factor is improved.
