Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a resin foam sheet on a roofing tile with high degree of accuracy and to stabilize the effect of thermal insulation by making openings on the approximately same corrugates surface with a plurality of holes, and absorbing the resin foam sheet along the sheet on a bearing board to stick it on the roofing tile. SOLUTION: A resin foam sheet 2 is spread on a bearing board molding a plurality of holes 8 so as to have openings on the surface thereof. In that case, a table 3 equipped with absorption devices is used, and the surface of the table 3 is formed in the approximately same corrugated shape as that of a roofing tile 1 to fix the sheet 2. An anchorage device 4 for preventing the slippage out of position or rebound of the sheet 2 is formed of steel or stainless steel to fix, and a form 5 is placed for positioning the whole sheet 2. Then, the sheet 2 is absorbed through a plurality of absorbing holes 8, and the corrugated sheet 2 is stuck on the roofing tile 1 with adhesives. By the constitution, the resin foam sheet 2 is stuck on a specific position of the roofing tile 1 while avoiding the slippage out of position, and a thermal insulating roofing tile having a heat insulation layer with uniform thickness can be obtained.
