Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the level of dispersion of a powdery carbon material in a lowly viscous resin material. SOLUTION: A lowly viscous resin material A is fed into a twin-screw kneader/extruder 1. Part of the powdery carbon material B is fed to the extruder 1 before material A is plasticized. The remainder of material B is fed into the extruder 1 after material A is plasticized, and kneaded and dispersed to produce a carbon masterbatch. It is desirable that 10-60wt.% material B is added to material A.
