PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of clogging in a signal layer track in which each part is moved in a signal layer or a tunnel shaped track where each part is moved in a signal layer and a single line, in the end part of discharge where a longitudinal flat shaped part is arranged and carried. SOLUTION: A single layer track 75 is provided between a moving surface 74 and a ceilking member 72 while being shifted to the side direction which is downward inclined from the extension line of a signal line track 64 in a moving surface 74 identical in inclination to that of the single line track 64 of an aligned discharge block 71 to be connected with the single line track 64 of a twisting oscillation part feeder moving a part M. Furthermore, a released track 76 whose ceiling member is dropped, and a tunnel shaped track 8 moving the part M in a signal layer and a signal line, are connected with the downstream side of the aforesaid signal layer track.
