Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit warpage in heating and pressurizing from being generated by making outside bending possible by a method wherein a thermoset impregnated fiber base material is superimposed on both sides, a thermoplastic film of a specific heat deformation temperature and a melamine resin impregnated paper base material are successively superimposed on one side, a melamine resin impregnated nonwoven fabric is superimposed on the other side, and they are formed by heating and pressurizing. SOLUTION: For metal core and both side decorative laminates, a thermoset impregnated base material 9 is laminated on one side of a metal sheet 10, further a thermoplastic film 8 of 60-120 deg.C heat deformation temperature, a thermoset impregnated base material 7, and a melamine resin impregnated base material 6 are superimposed, and the thermoset impregnated base material 9 and a melamine resin impregnated nonwoven fabric 11 are laminated on the other side. As the thermoset, a phnenolic resin or epoxy resin which is excellent in adhesion property to the metal sheet and impregnating properties in the base material is favorable. As the melamine impregnated base material, a polyester fiber nonwoven fabric having a large flexibility and a small heat conduction is favorable. As the thermoplastic film, an ABS film which makes bending and adhesion properties good is favorable. As the melamine resin, when bending of a small radius is carried out, flexible one is favorable.
