Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an efficiency of a yeast waste liq. treatment by using a fixed bed type reactor and subjecting the yeast waste liq. to a digesting treatment under an anaerobic condition. SOLUTION: The yeast waste liq. is treated by using the fixed bed type reactor under the anaerobic condition, that is, the liq. is treated by a two phase type methane fermentation method containing a liquefying treatment and a gasifying treatment Saccharomyces group, etc., is used as a yeast bacterial cell to be treated. The yeast waste liq. containing this yeast bacterial cell is subjected to a sterilizing treatment in a raw bacteria state or by a known method, then treated by an anaerobic digesting. Then the waste liq. is subjected to the digesting treatment with the fixed bed type reactor in which an anaerobic microorganism is stuck on an immobilizing carrier. Ceramic, etc., is used as the immobilizing carrier. A TVS(total volatile substance) concn. of this yeast waste liq. is required to be about 10-100gTVS/l. |
