A photodetection section 7d that introduces a light from a light source 8, an illumination surface 7f that illuminates the liquid crystal display device 6 and a reflection section 7g that illuminates the pointer are formed in the photoconductor 7 dividedly in the thickness direction. The photodetection section 7d is commonly used and the optical passage is partially shared for illuminating the illumination surface 7f and reflection section 7g.
