SOLUTION: Precharge circuits 102 and 103 are controlled by clock signals, and arbitrary nodes in circuits are precharged while the clock signal is in the low or high level, and these circuits are operated while the clock signal is in the high or low level. This device is provided with first and second precharge circuits 102 and 103 having the same operation function in parallel, and the second precharge circuit 103 is in the operation period when the first precharge circuit 102 is in the precharge period, and the second precharge circuit 103 is in the precharge period when the first precharge circuit 102 is in the operation period, and first and second precharge circuits are controlled by clock signals CK10 and CK20 so that these circuits perform complementary operations. |
