ELECTRON GUN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron gun in which alignment of electrodes is improved and leakage of electric current at high voltage to a focus electrode side due to welding dust can be prevented. SOLUTION: This electron gun has prefocusing electrodes G1, G2 to focus and accelerate thermal electrons and main focusing electrodes G3, G4 to focus electron beam proceeding through the prefocusing electrodes. The final electrode G4 composing the main focusing electrodes further has an inner electrode 11, and at the same time parts to be buried integrally are formed in respective electrodes and the parts to be buried are buried in an electrode holding part.
