MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR NUMBER OF GAME MEDIUM USING PORTABLE RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an easy management of acquired pinballs, coins, etc. SOLUTION: The number of pinballs are counted by a counter 1, and it is decided whether a magnetic card 3 is put into a card issuing/updating machine 5. If the card 3 is not put into the machine 5, a new magnetic card 3 where the counted number of pinballs is recorded is issued together with an identification code. If the card 3 is put into the machine 5, the data on the inserted card 3 are compared with the data on a management computer 9. An alarm is outputted when no coincidence is secured between both data, and the counted number of pinballs is added to the number of pinballs recorded on the card 3. The new number of pinballs is recorded on the card 3 and also to the computer 9, and the card 3 is returned and put into a prize exchange 11. Thus the data are compared with each other between the card 3 and the computer 9. When the coincidence is confirmed between both data, the prizes are exchanged with the cash. Then the data on the card 3 and the data on the computer 9 concerning the card 3 are erased, and the card 3 is sent to the storage part of the exchange 11. Thus the relevant control ends.
