Consequently, even when the fingerprint can not be collated, an authorization judgement 17 is never outputted for the fingerprint having small unevenness only in response to the matching of a password number 8, thereby eliminating an inadequate authorization judgement 17 in case of the illegal use, etc., of the password number 8. Consequently, discrimination performance of high reliability by a fingerprint collation system is displayed.
