Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the large torque distribution ratio and sufficient differential limiting force by arranging a differential limiting force increasing means between two members in a differential case, pinion gears, a sun gear and an internal gear, and limiting relative rotation of these members. SOLUTION: A multiple disk clutch (a differential limiting force increasing means) 91 is arranged between a sun gear 55 and an internal gear 53, and this multiple disk clutch 91 is arranged in the shaft direction of a differential case 37 between pinion gears 49 and the internal gear 53. Driving force of an engine to rotate the differential case 37 is distributed to the rear wheel side and the front wheel side through the internal gear 53 and the sun gear 55 from the respective pinion gears 49. At that time, large driving torque is sent to a rear wheel on the internal gear 53 side large in the tooth number, and driving torque smaller than that is sent to a front wheel on the sun gear 55 side small in the tooth number, and an unequal distribution characteristics of torque optimal for a center differential 7 is obtained.
