INSPECTION REPAIR DEVICE FOR INNER FACE OF TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize the weight reduction of the device and the efficiency elevation of the work, by hanging a rotary frame freely of ascent and descent from the manhole at the center of the top, and attaching a radial work floor to the rotary frame, in contact with the inner face of a tank, and dispensing with a center post. SOLUTION: Inside a sewage treatment tank 11 or the like, an inspection repair device 10 in which a truss structure of work floor 13 rectangular in section is attached radially to an equilaterally triangular rotary frame 12, and which is equipped with an elastic part 16, a fulcrum roller 25, etc., at its head is suspended freely of rotation and ascent and descent. The setup of this device 10 is performed by carrying in each part through the manhole 11a at the top by small-sized crane or the like, and also the fulcrum roller 25 is supported in contact with the inner face of the tank 10, and the rotation and lift up and down of the device 10 are performed by slewing motor 39 and lifting winch 40 provided outside the tank 11. Rotation and lift up and down are made possible without providing a center post, and the weight of the whole of the device 10 is reduced, and also it becomes possible to cope with a tank different in size. Hereby, the work efficiency and the safety can be improved.
