TILE PANEL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide a tile panel which is identical in color tone about its entire joint areas and attractive to look at even when an uncoated area with a bonding agent is in conformity with the joint areas by keeping the color of a panel board in conformity with the color of a bonding agent layer. SOLUTION: With a painting device, a panel board 12 is coated with a bonding agent 13 having a self-lubricating ability in such a fashion that a plurality of streaks may be provided on the surface of the board. Then, the panel board 12 coated with the streak-like bonding agent 13 is left unattended properly in a horizontal state, thereby forming a continuous and uniformity thickened bonding agent layer 17 in a natural manner. Then, a plurality of tiles 5 are placed crosswise side by side with a joint area 14 in a specified spacing. After that, the bonding agent which sticks out to the joint area 14 from the tile pasted position is naturally smoothed by its high flowability. The bonding agent layer 17 is cured, thereby providing a tile panel 21.
