Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish control of the stepping operations of an injection rod and enhance the accuracy of the stepping distance. SOLUTION: The stepping operations of an injection rod 1 are made by a hydraulic cylinder 2 in which a rotary encoder is incorporated. The rod stepping situation converted into pulse signals by the encoder is turned by a programmable sequencer into on/off signals for controlling the supplying rate of flow of the pressure oil, and therewith the stepping operations of the rod are controlled. The on/off signals are fed to the hydraulic cylinder via a solenoid-operated proportional flow control valve.
