CONSTITUTION: It is furnished with a variable cam 2, a main rotational driving system to give rotation to the variable cam 2 by rotating at constant speed and a variable means having a motor 25 for phase adjustment, provided between the variable cam and the main rotational driving system and to transmit rotational speed of the main rotational driving system to the variable cam by changing it, and it is constituted to adjust variable capacity by the variable means by controlling rotation of the motor 25 for phase adjustment.
