SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding neochlorogenic acid (A) to chlorogenic acid (B) and isochlorogenic acid (C) at a weight ratio of >=0.5, especially 0.5-5 based on the total of the acids B and C. Further, the composition optionally contains a sugar (D), such as sucrose or raffinose at a weight ratio of 0.3-5 based on the total of A, B and C.
