PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable any distance deviation between the rear part of the load platform of a truck and a loading equipment in relation to the length of a transfer hose to be adjusted without moving the transfer hose itself by providing a connecting cylinder part to be movably attached by fitting on the outer periphery of a guide cylindrical body attached to the transfer terminal part of the transfer hose. SOLUTION: A connection cylinder part 7-1 is movably attached by filling, in the direction of cylinder, on the guide cylindrical body 8 at the transfer hose transfer terminal part. And this connecting cylinder part 7-1 is formed by the outer diameter of the guide cylindrical body 8 and composed of the front and rear connection ring parts 7-11, 7-12 connected together by means of several pieces of connecting rod 7-10 and a cylindrical part 7-13 projecting forward from the front connection ring part 7-11 by the length equal to an interval between these both connecting ring parts 7-11, 7-12. And since the front and rear connecting ring parts 7-11, 7-12 are movably attached to the outer periphery of the guide cylindrical body 8, the connecting cylinder part 7-1 becomes movable longitudinally in the cylinder direction by a specific constant moving distance.
