ALL-POSTURE WELDING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide welding equipment having a welding head appropriate for welding a small diameter fixed piping made of aluminum, etc., in which a filler wire capable of appropriate welding even at a narrow part is required. SOLUTION: A filler wire 12 from a reel 37 is fed into splittable head cases 2, 3 by turning wire push feed rollers 10, 11 in the forward direction. The filler wire 12 is held by wire pull feed rollers 8, 9 in the head case 2, the wire pull feed roller 8 is turned in the forward direction by turning a wire feed gear 5 in the forward (right) direction, and the filler wire 12 is fed to an electrode 13 side. When the wire feed gear 5 is stopped, the roller 8 itself is turned in the reverse direction while the whole wire pull feed rollers 8, 9 are turned in the forward (right) direction on the outer circumference of a work 4 together with the electrode 13, and the filler wire 12 is fed to the reel 37 direction. The wire feed direction on the pull side is affected not only by the wire feed gear 5 but also an electrode turning gear 6.
