Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to easily produce a heat transfer tube in which plural fins linearly extending in the tube axial direction are formed on an outer surface at an interval in the circumferential direction under a short installation space of a device. SOLUTION: The device consists of a clamp 3 to fix one end part of a tube 1 to be worked, a support member 4 to support the other end part of the tube 1 to be worked and a working head 5 arranged so as to reciprocate between the clamp 3 and support member 4. The working head 5 is arranged radially for the center axis of the tube 1 to be worked supported with the clamp 3 and support member 4 and is provided with plural cutting tools for turn over mounted free to extend/retract for the center axis. While plural cutting tools for turn over are cut in the outer surface of the tube 1 to be worked positioned inside the head, by traversing the working head 5, plural fins linearly extending in the tube axial direction are erected on an outer surface of the tube 1 to be worked at an interval in the circumferential direction.
