Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method for an aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet capable of preventing generation of star marks and indentation flaw due to peeling of solid lubricant and having formability same as a steel sheet. SOLUTION: After a solid lubricant is coated on an aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet 11, the sheet is placed on a projecting part 6 for a bead of a lower die 2. A small hole 14 is arranged on an upper face 10 of the lower die 2, while a lubricant continuously wells up from this small hole 14, an aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet 11 is pressured/formed with the upper die 1 and lower die 2. In this case, a content of mixing substances consisting of a water soluble resin, water soluble wax, metallic salt of fatty acid and their mixture to the solid lubricant is >=90wt.% in total. A coating quantity of the solid lubricant to the plate 11 is 0.2 to 5g/m , a viscosity of the lubricant is 10mm/sec . A welling quantity of the lubricant per min, as assuming a number of sheets to be worked is N, is 2N to 30N (g/m min) per an unit area of the formed part of a small hole 14. |
