Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that the leakage of a coating material is generated by the pressure of the coating material because rotary irregularity caused by the shift of shaking center is generated and the airtightness of a supply pipe and a swivel joint can not be ensured. SOLUTION: Since a fixing block 28 attached to the leading end part of a first pipe element 17 fixed to a fixing member 18 and a swivel joint 32 attached to the base end part of a second pipe element 25 freely shakable around the shaking shaft 13 crossing the direction of the axis 6a of a rotary main body 6 at a right angle are connected by a connection pipe 35 having flexibility, the rotary irregularity caused by the axial shift of the swivel joint 32 is prevented to hold airtightness and, even if a coating material is supplied to a pipe member 20, the leakage of the coating material can be prevented.
