Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and production cost, to widen the range of the selection of elastomers and resins and to firmly join an elastomer and a resin. SOLUTION: The surface of an elastomer 1 is halogenated and/or roughened and then is coated with a resin 2 having gas barrier properties and oil resistance. The layer of the elastomer 1 can be made thin to reduce the weight and also the cost of the production can be reduced since it is not required to use expensive elastomers relatively low in gas permeability. Since after the surface of the elastomer 1 is halogenated and/or roughened, the coating with the resin 2 is carried out, the elastomer 1 and the layer of the resin 2 can be bonded firmly and the range of the selection of usable elastomers and resin can be widened.
