Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the thread number count of a looper thread bobbin immediately only by specifying a needle thread winding tube. SOLUTION: Flanges 3, 3 are formed at the upper and lower peripheral parts of a bottomed tube body 2 with an inner cavity 6 large enough for a looper thread bobbin 11 to enter, and an arbor hole 5 is formed at the center part of a bottom part 4. A cover body 7 is removably mounted on the upper part of the inner cavity 6. A tube body peripheral part between both flanges 3 is set as a needle thread winding part 8 to wind a needle thread 10 for a sewing machine thereon, and the inner cavity 6 is set as a looper thread bobbin storage chamber 6.
