Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-resistant boat form, which can restrict the increase of resistance of a large vessel in a short-wave area at the minimum. SOLUTION: In the case where cross dimension of a large vessel is expressed with B, longitudinal dimension thereof is expressed with L, real area of a front- half part of a hull is expressed with AWF, and a coefficient of water plane of a front-half part of a full is expressed with CWF(CWF=AWF/(LB/2)), parameter θ0 is decided by the calculus of variation, and coefficients of C1 , C2 , and λof formulas x=(2cosθ-cos2θ)/4λ+C1 /λ, y=(2sinθ+sin2θ)/4λ+C2 /λ for giving a coordinate of a form (x, y) are decided so as to obtain the form of water plane, which can obtain the minimum bluntness factor proportioned to the increase of resistance.
