CUTTING AND CRUSHING BLADE AND ASSEMBLED BODY THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a cutting and crushing blade suitable for triturating and crushing to a rotational base body and to prevent slipping-off and breakage of the blade when in use. SOLUTION: A shoulder of a base post part 1f extending from a blade post part integral with a blade makes contact with a shoulder stop part 3a of an engaging groove 3 to prevent the blade from slipping off so that an assembled body can easily be manufactured and installed. A supporting part, which contacts the back of the blade to support and reinforce it, is provided in a bar holder 2 to avoid breakage of the upwardly protruding blade. Further for crushing relatively hard materials, blades are arranged in three or more rows to form an assembled blade to smoothly conduct cutting. Consequently, a cutting and crushing blade having an excellent durability which can triturate and crush industrial wastes such as rubber, sugar cane wastes, wet or dry, which have not been treatment, can be put to practical use.
