Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To protect the surface of a sound absorbing material without lowering sound absorbing performance and to improve bending strength by making glass cloth adhere to the surface of the concrete porous sound absorbing material. CONSTITUTION: Glass cloth is made to adhere to the surface of a concrete porous sound absorbing material molded in a specific size by means of an adhesives. As the adhesive, a hot melt resin such as an epoxy resin, a phenol resin, a thermoplastic film, etc., or an ordinary temperature hardening adhesive such as a water soluble and emulsion type polyester resin, etc., is used. The glass cloth with a high strength is lightweight, and since pores of the porous sound absorbing material are closed, the bending strength of the porous sound absorbing material is promoted, and sound insulating efficiency and thermal insulating efficiency are improved.
