Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SQUID fluxmeter which excels in protection from physical and mechanical damage and water resistance and remarkably reduces breakage probability of bonding wire. SOLUTION: A SQUID fluxmeter which detects fine magnetic field is provided with a resin mold layer 4 which covers a SQUID element 2 formed of thin film and bonding wire 3 composed of lead alloy. The resin mold layer 4 is composed of epoxy resin, 50-75wt.% non-conductive inorganic powder, which has a linear expansion coefficient of 5×10E-5/ deg.C or below and 1-20wt.% silicon resin or urethane resin.
