Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress a doming phenomenon and color purity deterioration and provide a low thermal expansion, a high electron reflection, and a high heat radiating function. SOLUTION: A paste-like material having a low thermal expansion, a high electron reflection, and a high heat radiating function is applied to screen meshes corresponding to apertures 23 of a shadow mask 21. Then, a base plate 25 for a shadow mask is placed under the screen meshes and the paste-like material on the screen meshes is printed on the base plate 25 to form a material layer 27 and then a skirt part is formed by pressing the base plate 25.
