Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a building frame effective for load such as earth pressure and earthquake force and underground water without damaging the rationality of construction by reducing the term of works, cutting the field labor, cutting the temporary material for earth retaining, and providing work space suitable for the work efficiency and safety. SOLUTION: PC wall holes for plumbing PC members 1, 2, 3 for an underground wall are excavated, and the PC members 1, 2, 3 for the underground wall are plumbed in the PC wall holes. After that, a drilling auger of a pile driver is inserted in the pile constructing space of the PC members 1, 2, 3 for the underground wall to drill a pile hole. After that, a pile 15 is driven, a strong head tie 16 is installed on the whole peripheral surface of excavation to connect the heads of the PC members 1, 2, 3 for the underground wall to each other into one body. After that, the inside of the underground wall is excavated, the main reinforcements of the footing beam are joined to each other, the main reinforcement of a cut-in-place part footing beam 18a is arranged and fixed to the PC member for the underground wall, concrete is placed therein, a batholith part 18 is constructed by cast-in-place, and concrete is placed in the pile constructing space of the PC members 1, 2, 3 for the underground wall to execute vertical joining.
