Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign matter from being penetrated between a sheet surface and the seal surface of a valve element so that a seal ring is prevented from being damaged by the foreign matter by eliminating a clearance between the sheet surface of a sheet and the seal surface of the valve element. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped sheet 5 for retaining a ball-shaped valve element 4 and a coned disc spring 9 by which the sheet 5 is pushed and pressed to the seal surface 4a of the valve element 4, are arranged in a valve casing 2, a sheet surface 5c which is in contact with the seal surface 4a of the valve element 4 and has the same radius of curvature as the seal surface 4a, is formed to the seat 5, and a seal ring 12 for sealing between the valve element 4 and the seat 5 and a compression coil spring 13 for pushing/pressing the seal ring 12 to the seal surface 4a of the valve element 4, are built into the seat 5. A seal surface 12a which is in contact with the seal surface 4a of the valve element 4 and has the same radius of curvature as the seal surface 4a of the valve element 4 is formed to the seal ring 12.
