Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by forming a case for anchor bolt burial of synthetic resin and by providing a hollow drum part to inject concrete in a state of inserting an anchor bolt in the case. SOLUTION: A case 10 for anchor bolt burial is set at a specified position, and concrete is deposited in the circumference. Thereafter, an anchor bolt 2 is inserted into a hollow drum part 11 of the case 10, and concrete 3 is injected and hardened in the drum part 11. Consequently, it becomes possible to bury the bolt 2 without manufacturing, installing and removing a formwork at a construction site as before. Additionally, there is no corrosion of the case 10, and there is little possibility of the case 10 to be damaged even when a load of a device is applied on it. Additionally, the hollow drum part of the case 10 is made cylindrical, and strength is improved by forming a bulged part 12 to be bulged outward in the circumference. Consequently, it is possible to easily bury the anchor bolt 2 and to firmly install the device on the concrete.
