Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin which can give a molding excellent in impact resistance and weather resistance and reduced in a content of gel-like foreign matters and excellent in surface appearance and to provide a thermoplastic resin composition containing the same. SOLUTION: This rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin is obtained by polymerizing at least two monomer components selected from among aromatic vinyl compounds, vinyl cyanide compounds and (meth)acrylic esters in the presence of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber (a), wherein copolymer rubber (a) and resin (b) satisfy the following requirements: (A) component (a) has a content of components of weight-average molecular weights (in terms of the polystyrene) of 1,000,000 or above of 10wt.% or below, and (B) the content of gel-like foreign matters in the film sheet of resin (b) is 5 particles/50 μm.cm or below, and a resin composition perpared by mixing this resin with another thermoplastic resin is provided.
