Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To run and transport stably on rough terrain, by lifting up a load- carrying platform, as well as positioning it on the lower side of a horizontal member at the lower part of the loading, which has support members at both sides. SOLUTION: At the center of the vehicle body 6 of a running carriage 2 with crawlers 3, an elevating frame fitting hole is provided, an elevating frame 9 ascended and descended by an elevating cylinder provided to the vehicle body 6 through connecting pins 13 is fitted to the elevating frame fitting hole, and a load-carrying platform 16 to load cargoes through a rotary device is provided in the elevating frame 9.
