Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the heat losses as far as possible, and achieve the decrease of production costs by providing an insulation chamber for covering the entire vulcanizing machine and ensuring an opening for loading a green tire on the mold and an opening for taking out vulcanized tire from the mold. SOLUTION: At first, the gate 33b is opened, and a green tire G is loaded within the lower mold 6 under a released condition by means of loader 17, and then the loader 17 is withdrawn so as to close the gate 33b. At this time, the gate 33a of a vulcanized tire taking out opening 31a remains closed. After the completion of vulcanization reaction, the upper mold 7 is elevated by means of an elevation cylinder 16 and the vulcanized tire T is taken out of the lower mold 6 by means of an unloader 18. In this instance, the gate 33b of the green tire loading opening 31b remains closed, besides, after taking out the vulcanized tire T, the gate 33a is closed quickly. Accordingly, the air comes a little from the opening 31a, and the circumference of the vulcanization press P1 is isolated from the air by an insulation chamber 30, thereby keeping a heat retainable condition excellently. |
