Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by automatically releasing the connection of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder by the operation of a screw. SOLUTION: This elevating mechanism of a stud is provided with the inner cylinder 13 provided with plural step parts 13d in a side face height direction, the outer cylinder 12 for housing the inner cylinder 13 and a lock member 14 connected to the outer cylinder 12 for fixing the inner cylinder 13 to the outer cylinder 12 in a height direction by engaging an engaging piece 14k to the step part 13d of the inner cylinder 13. Then, the lock member 14 is connected to the outer cylinder 12 by the screw 14b. By operating the screw 14b, the engaging piece 14k engaged to the step part 13d of the inner cylinder 13 is automatically detached or the engaging piece 14k is engaged to the step part 13d.
