Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution by fixing a plurality of windings arranged on the secondary side of a high voltage transformer, on a plurality of printed wiring boards by printing technique, and holding and electrically connecting a plurality of the printed boards with another printed board. SOLUTION: The mutual intervals of printed boards 1 are fixed by a holder 2, and the boards are held by another printed board 3. The printed board 3 forms mutual electric connection parts between the printed boards 1. The secondary winding of a high voltage generating part is constituted of windings on the printed boards 1. The printed boards 1 can be also constituted as the respective printed boards which are doubly stuck together. This mechanical constitution can be accurately duplicated. Thereby electrically important values such as inductance and capacitance can be set as previously obtained values.
