MAIL DEVICE AND MAIL DELIVERY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a mail delivery in which few delivery waitings occur by using a mail device of a simple constitution. SOLUTION: When it is judged that the delivery of a mail from a present device is possible from a line control process 23 in which the state of a control line is always monitored within each mail device 23 connected with a private branch exchange and the state file storing the monitoring result is generated by using the private branch exchange provided with a data line and the control line which is capable of performing the line control of the data line as the private branch exchange and the contents of the state file, a FAX procedure process 29 or a voice procedure process 26 actually performing the transmission of a mail is started. When it is judged that the delivery of the mail can not be performed from the present device, an application process 21 requesting the delivery of the mail to an other mail device via the exclusive line connected with an exclusive line input/output part 14 and a remote demostration process 27 monitoring the delivery request from the other device and starting a controlling process 22 when the delivery request is received are operated.
